Family recipe Bar B Q. Pennsylvania Style. Everyday menu includes "Holy Cow" and "Serious Pig" Sandwich Plate, Apple-Smoked Pork Ribs, and occasionally 16-hr 'low and slow' Brisket.

Specials vary: White Bar B Q Sauce Chicken, "Triple Bypass" (a spicy smoked sausage atop our beef or pork sandwich).

Sides options: sesame coleslaw, smoked baked potato, pork infused baked beans, cornbread, and chips. Occasionally, home-made soup.

We cook for private parties, weddings, and special events such as holiday meals, block parties, and festivals. We'll prepare your orders to go for drive-throigh window pick-up, or deliver w/ minimum 8 orders. (360.318.6176).
