Police/Fire audio installer recommendation sought I have a transceiver that I'd like to install permanently in my car, with a roof or rear-hood mounted antenna. I don't want to do it myself because I've seen far too many DIY mobile radio installations that were horror shows. I've been told that professionals who install similar radios for the police will know what they're doing and do it right. I did the standard googling but can't find any obvious installers in Whatcom county, just the usual "car stereo" installers (and this is far outside of a simple car stereo). Does anyone here in Bellingham or Whatcom know of professionals in this area who can do this? Thanks in advance for any info.
