In search of a hair/makeup artist or just makeup $1 - Lynden, Washington This Saturday I'm throwing my daughters first birthday party and I'd like to get my makeup done professionally... Mean Contour and eyes and eye brows and foundation, everything. But don't have tons of money... I'll probably need to set up a time on Friday because I'll be way too busy on Saturday.
