I need to find a good machanic in town one that won't charge me an arm and a leg to diagnose maybe fix my car!

Anyone know someone who's good with cars? I've got a rotor that needs replaced, already have the new one but my dad and I weren't able get the old one off. Nowhere in town will use the part I have and I really don't want to pay for a new one! Willing to compensate you for your time in food, cash, tea, or coffee!
