They do not offer free shipping no matter how much you spend. Also went in on Sunday from out of town for a special trip with my mother in law. The owner was there and stated that she was shopping with her daughter and I must know how special that is. As for customer service is poor especially for a small business who doesn’t want their shoppers money. You would think for a small business who can’t ship your items would allow someone to shop for 20 mins and make a couple hundred dollars. However We will no longer shop here.
