Best Vet Clinic

Hello, just moved here from Alaska and I'm looking for the best clinic for my dog who's on the older side. He's slowing down and I'm looking for the best caring vet. My fear is choosing one that won't be caring and charges ridiculous amounts. Any suggestions?
