Does anyone have input on the flu shot/nasal flu spray? The pediatrician is recommending the flu shot and a Tdap shot for those that will be around the baby the most, so me, Aubri, Tyler and Sheila. Aubri already had the Tdap and I will get it in the hospital, but the flu shot and/or a flu nasal spray is an option and it kind of freaks me out! Please help!!!

Megan writes: We have decided not to vaccinate. I know diet has a lot to do with building a strong immune system, we are vegetarians who eat whole foods, unprocessed foods only. Can you point me in the direction of some good books/sites that are good resources for building a strong immune system? I can't afford to see a naturopath and my insurance won't allow it unless my pediatrician recommends it. I asked him to recommend it and he refused.
