Company Description

Our Company was founded on January 1, 1968 by Ronald T. Jepson, a Professional Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer. Prior to opening the company, he spent over three years as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Bellingham.

The company was initially based out of his home but expanded quickly over the next three years to an office on Cornwall Avenue. Our first projects were performed for the Port of Bellingham, the Bellingham School District and both City and County Parks Departments. Around that same time, we performed subdivision projects and have continued through present.

Over 2,000 residential lots have been created within that period.

At present, the firm concentrates on both Boundary and Construction Land Surveying with Short Plats and Boundary Line Adjustment services provided. Other services also now provided include Drone and Bathymetric related work.
