Well, I chose Bellingham Travel & Cruise because I'm a longtime resident. My parents, my sister worked there - Sandra Filmon and I found it a little frustrating, that, you know, we couldn't get printed out right away and it's just changed with everything else, but I like good, old fashioned people helping you. I don't like going online and everything.

I called Bellingham Travel & Cruise about a week ago, asked a fairly simple question about how to get to the Alaska Airlines to arrange refund on the tickets and it was really helpful to speak to an agent who've told me who to call and how to get my problem solved.
