Is it really this hard to get a decent hair cut in Bellingham?!?! Looking for someone who can cut Mens hair - After a bad experience a Great Clips I bought my own clippers. Well two years later I'm tired of doing it my self. I've gone to two local barber shops here in Bellingham both had great reviews, and both left me disappointed in one way or another. I don't care if its private or small business I just want a decent hair cut where the stylist pays attention to detail, and understands how to fade.
