Services include osteopathic manipulation of the spine and extremity joints, myofascial release, myofascial decompression (sport cupping), soft tissue scraping, visceral mobilization, lymphatic massage, blood flow restriction training, tape application, and exercise and strength training from very acute pain to high level athletic performance. We're experts in teaching pain free weight lifting and take a holistic approach educating people about sleep, nutrition, stress, recovery, breath work, and more as they relate to attaining the best possible results. You will be heard, valued, and cared for by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is an expert in the field, and who genuinely does everything in their power to get you the best possible outcome physical therapy can provide.
