All while brides were wizzing in and out with their beautiful dresses,… This was a Vintage WWII Seaforth Highlander Blackwatch Kilt My Father Rev. J. Rod MacKenzie bought for we as a boy,… he passed away @ 92 earlier this year. He was the commissioner for Clan MacKenzie on the West Coast for many years so we attended all the Highland Games from BC to Enumclaw annually as a family tradition and set up a fabulous Clan booth to represent Clan MacKenzie and it’s fabulous History. There will be a torch lit 🔥 memorial service held by the Clans on Friday Night @ the last of these Summer events July 25, 26th , & 27th @ the Seattle Enumclaw Games t This is my personal memorial to him as the oldest Son. Judy made it possible for me to wear the original Kilt my father gave me 45 years ago to that event in 5 days,… I can once again at least one last time represent the Clan MacKenzie and my Father in full proper MacKenzie attire.
