Welcome. I am a somatic psychotherapist offering a holistic approach to well being. The field of somatics accesses the wisdom of the body, as well as the mind, spirit, and emotions, to inform the process of connecting with the whole self. Through somatic counseling, I provide a secure and attuned context in which clients can explore their authenticity, experience freedom from habit, shed what is no longer useful, and integrate these liberated ways of being into daily life. My counseling style is compassionate and deeply respectful of the individual and of the sacred journey of restoring wholeness, efficiency, and balance. I believe clients intuitively know what they need, and that our work together is to learn to hear the client's inner wisdom, to align the whole system with this, and to honor this unique, transformative, metamorphic process.
