The Boundary Bay Law Corporation is a boutique immigration law firm dedicated to facilitating economic opportunities and uniting families in the United States. Boundary Bay Law opened its doors in May, 2015 with a team of highly experienced attorneys and paralegals. The office is conveniently located in downtown Bellingham, Washington, just 25 miles south of the U.S. border with British Columbia, Canada.

The firm's principals, Nicholas Berning and Spencer McGrath-Agg, have more than 12 years combined experience practicing U.S. immigration law. Throughout their respective careers, they have helped clients obtain visas, waivers, green cards, and passports in various categories.

Boundary Bay Law Corp. works with individuals and businesses to navigate rapidly changing U.S. immigration regulations and policy. The firm's efforts are supported by dedicated paralegals, Maria Johnson and Maralise Fegan. Maralise obtained her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Whatcom Community College in 2012, and Maria graduated with her Associate in Science Degree with honors in Paralegal Studies from Whatcom Community College in 2014. Both Maralise and Maria have spent their entire paralegal careers with immigration law firms.
