Hi my name's Audrey V I just had my floors and tiles cleaned by Northwest Professional Services. The fellow that came out was very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was going to do and how long it would take. Had quite an extensive job so they are going to be coming back to do some wall areas and very polite professional courteous clean nothing but positive things to say!
I was very positively impressed with Northwest Professional Services. I've used them several times and this time there was an unusual set of stains that occurred and they had to come back 2 or 3 times to resolve it but they gave excellent care and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone Thank you!
It was very good. I don't know what else to say, I didn't really need to have it done but they did the parts that I asked to be done and they did very well, very good service!
Yeah we had them do a floor for us and we had a little problem with it and they made it right and they gave us a discount. So we were very happy with the service, we will use them again!
