When we did 1st call to Leavitt Rocky DC, by the time you get through talking to the gal, it's on a recording, you're about ready to scream. It's ridiculous, and then she'll say something about Agent. Why don't they come up with an agent to start with? An agent I had, worked very nicely and helpfully, but I was so cranky when I 1st got him and I don't like that. Then I calmed down and he was very helpful, so that's what's the problem...
